About the stone

Moonstone is the birthstone for June and the traditional gem for a 3rd wedding anniversary. Prized for its glowing blue sheen, known as adularescence, the rarest moonstones come from Sri Lanka.

Known as the stone of new beginnings, moonstone has been treasured since ancient times and associated with intuition, love and good fortune. It is believed to bring calm, inspiration and protection, especially for night or water travel.
