Returns & Refunds
- We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@silverscene.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 14 days.
- Returns must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us. Silver Scene cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- Customs duties, import charges, and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim these directly from your local customs authority.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them for a refund, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
This right does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or otherwise exempt items as defined by applicable consumer legislation.
