About the stone
Moonstone is the birthstone for June and is traditionally known as the "stone of new beginnings". It is prized for its beautiful blue, glowing effect, known as adularescence, which appears as the stone moves in the light. Moonstone is traditionally associated with calmness, intuition, inspiration and good fortune.
