Returns
We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@silverscene.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
Customs duties, import charges, and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these directly from your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Returns
Silver Scene cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We therefore recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
