If your are worried that the bangle will be too small, measure the widest part of your hand in the position you would have it in if you were putting a bangle on. The measurement of your hand must be the same or lower than the internal dimension of the bangle.
If you are worried that the bangle will be too big, measure the widest part of your hand in a relaxed position. The measurement of your hand must be larger that the internal dimension of the bangle.
